The Amnesty Youth Awards celebrate young people's talent for human rights reporting, photography, songwriting (and performing), campaigning and fundraising. Applications are currently open, and the final deadline for entries is January 30th, 2015.
The competition is open to young people between the ages of 7 - 19 and we encourage you to apply: this is a fantatsic opportunity to take part in one or more categories to develop new skills and gain the confidence to engage creatively with human rights.
Find out more about each entering each category (reporter, photographer, songwriter, song performer, campaigner and fundraiser) by clicking on the relevant image below. There, you will also be able to download teaching guidance specially designed to help students throughout the creative process. These guidelines should be your first port of call as you devise your entry.
Speak to Mr Boucher if you have any questions or want any assistance. Good luck!
